SCALE OPERATION TIPS
Thank you for your US BALANCE scale purchase.
In order to assure long scale service and the scales warranty with our company, please follow the
operation tips listed below.

Allow proper warm up time to assure the internal electronic components have become stable.
This is approximately 20 seconds.

Operate your scale on a level stable surface to keep vibration at a minimum

Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures. The scale will not operate properly if it is too cold or
hot. Let the scale reach room temperature before attempting to use it.

Keep your scale away from material that may affect the accuracy of the scale reading.
Materials such as moisture, moisture, vibration and air movement.

Your electronic scale must be handled with extreme care. Avoid dropping, shaking or other
types of shock that could cause your scale to work improperly.

Do not operate your scale near electronic devices. Devices such as microwave, refrigerator,
cellular phone, computer, etc. Operating your scale near such devices can cause false readings
and even damage your scale.
