You can view p oll resu lts in a few d ifferent w ays:
1. Und er the View m enu , select Poll Resu lts.
The u p p er w ind ow show s Poll Ru ns, w hile the low er w ind ow show s the p hones p olled
in an ind ivid u al Poll Ru n. A Poll Ru n consists of a series of p hones p olled
consecu tively. In other w ord s, if 20 p hones are p olled at one tim e, the p oll ru n w ill
consist of 20 p hones. H ow ever, if you select Poll This Phone N ow !, the ad d itional
p hone w ill be ad d ed to the p oll ru n. N ote: If N u m ber of Phones p olled is "-1" that
m eans that you are in the m id d le of a p oll ru n.
2. In the Telep hone Inform ation w ind ow , you can p ress the refresh bu tton to red isp lay
the latest p olling d ata.
