Use the Airplane Flight Manual (AFM), Pilot Operating Handbook
(POH) or placards and the current aircraft weight form to obtain the
following information to put into the PC Utility program.
• Airplane make
• Airplane model
• Airplane registration
• Airplane serial number
• Airplane category
• Number of seats (maximum 10), seat locations (arm) and
maximum allowable weight (if limited)
• Number of baggage compartments (maximum 10),
compartment locations (arm) and maximum allowable weight
(if limited)
• Number of fuel tanks (maximum 10), tank locations (arm)
and maximum allowable quantity
• Fuel density
• Maximum ramp weight (if limited)
• Maximum takeoff weight
• Maximum landing weight (if limited)
• Maximum zero fuel weight (if limited)
• Minimum flight weight (if limited)
