4. Troubleshooting
4.1 Test Accessories
The following test accessories will aid in troubleshooting the operation of the 2262
T1/E1 Fiber Optic Modem.
•
Plastic loopback rod (supplied with modem for non-laser applications)
•
Standard Data Test Set (not supplied with modem)
•
Photometer reading in dBm (not supplied with modem)
•
Short length of single mode fiber optic cable (not supplied with modem)
terminated with connectors compatible with those on the modem(s)
