Select the preferred item by pressing A T and press SELECT.
• In the case of the main unit, select the item using the joystick.
■ When “1 Audio” is selected
1 English (Factory preset)
English will be selected as audio soundtrack language.
2 French/3 Spanish
Each language will be selected as audio soundtrack language.
4 Original
The top-priority language recorded on each disc will be selected as audio
soundtrack language.
5 Other
Another language will be selected as audio soundtrack language.
Enter the 4-digit language code (see page 64) using the numeric buttons.
Press CLEAR if an incorrect language code is entered.
■ When “2 Subtitle” is selected
1 Automatic (Factory preset)
Subtitle language will automatically be selected in accordance with the audio
soundtrack language.
•If the language selected for the “1 Audio" is actually used during play, the
subtitles will not appear.
• If another language is used during play, the subtitles will appear in the lan
guage selected at “1 Audio’’.
2 English/3 French/4 Spanish
Each language will be selected as subtitle language.
5 Other
Another language will be selected as subtitle language.
Enter the 4-digit language code (see page 64) using the numeric buttons.
Press CLEAR if an incorrect language code is entered.
■ When ”3 Menus” is selected
1 English (Factory preset)
English will be selected as disc menu language.
2 French/3 Spanish
Each language will be selected as disc menu language.
4 Other
Another language will be selected as disc menu language.
Enter the 4-digit language code (see page 64) using the numeric buttons.
Press CLEAR if an incorrect language code is entered.
