Turn OFF your computer.

Pull the tray the rest of the way by hand.
The tray currently in the play position and the
tray inn mediately below it can both be pulled out
by hand.
Remove the disc from the tray and turn
ON your computer.
This Is to check if the Changer returns to normal position.
