You can alter the overall impression of an image and shoot.

My Colors Settings

* The skin colors of non-human subjects may also be altered.

Also you may not obtain the expected results depending on the skin color.

- ISO Speed
- Flash

Setting the flash to on, on (with Red-Eye
Reduction), or off is recommended. If the flash
fires when reading the white balance data with
the flash set to

(Auto) or

(Auto with Red-

Eye Reduction), make sure that you also use the
flash when you shoot.

z Since the white balance data cannot be read in

Stitch Assist mode, preset the white balance before
selecting [Stitch Assist] in the FUNC. menu.

z The camera will retain the custom white balance

setting that you record even if you reset the camera
to the default settings (p. 28).

Records normally.

Vivid

Emphasizes the contrast and color saturation to
record bold colors.

Neutral

Tones down the contrast and color saturation to
record neutral hues.

Sepia

Records in sepia tones.

B/W

Records in black and white.

Positive Film

Produces intense natural-appearing colors like
those obtained with positive film.

Lighter Skin Tone* Makes skin tones lighter.

Darker Skin Tone* Makes skin tones darker.

Custom Color

Customize contrast, sharpness, and saturation,
and red, green, blue, and skin tone* balance.
Use to make subtle adjustments, such as making
blue colors more vivid and face colors brighter.
