ation, improper antenna, inadequate signal pick-up, maladjustment
of consumer controls, modification, line power surge, or commercial
use of the product, or damage that is attributable to acts of God, or
service by anyone other than a PA SC Factory Servicenter.

the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
