GPIO Connector
General purpose control inputs (GPI) may be applied to the GPI port, which is a DB-25-F connector.
These inputs are optically isolated from the Image Server circuitry; individual floating returns are
provided. +5 volts may be sourced from pins 21 or 22, or provided from an external source.
Current limiting devices are provided within the Image Server.
General purpose status outputs also appear on the GPI connector. Open-collector outputs are
provided as status outputs, and may be used to drive an external LED or control input.
