Problems with the device
Problem
I can not start my AHPE305 HomePlug device.
Suggested Solution
Please check your power supply is working. AHPE305 HomePlug device operates from the power
supplied by the home electrical wiring and can not operate without a working power supply.
My AHPE305 HomePlug device is unable to detect my other AHPE305 HomePlug device.
This may due to the accidental change of the device password. Access the AHPE305 HomePlug
AV Utility and select the Privacy Tab. Enter the password “AHPE305 HomePlugAV” (Case
Sensitive) in the blank provided. Then press the “Set to Local Device Only” button. Repeat the
same procedure to the other AHPE305 HomePlug device.
