. Troubleshooting
A) MASTER RESET, to do in case of software malfunctions:
Note User’s waypoints and settings will be deleted.
♦
Switch Geosat 2C Off.
♦
Switch it On pressing [PAGE] together with another key. A new MENU will be
displayed on the screen.
♦
Use [CURSOR] to select RAM Menu and press [ENTER].
♦
With the right [CURSOR] select RAM clear.
♦
When RAM clear is highlighted press [ENTER] and [ENTER] again to confirm.
B) Problems with GPS signal reception:
♦
Check that the antenna is positioned as advised in the manual.
♦
Check that the antenna connector is correctly located in Geosat 2C .
♦
Perform a GPS RESTART, pressing [MENU] in the GPS page.
♦
Make another attempt to obtain the GPS signal.
