2. Working with the discs

(I)

Application: grates and slices raw and cooked vegetables (onion,
leek, tomato – cut in half, cucumber, radish, carrot etc), fruits, chee-
se etc.
Insert the discharge plate (B) into the bowl (A).
Make sure that the four notches of the plate match the
protrusion of the bowl
(fig. J).
Mount a disc (I) into the opening of the disc holder (D) – (fig. I).
Important: Make sure that the disc (I) is well positioned in the
disc holder (click sound).
Put the disc holder (D) on the spindle
of the plate (B).

Please handle the disc (I) with great care as they are very
sharp. Never leave the discs within reach of children.

Place the transmission unit (E) onto the bowl (A).
Put your

correctly on the transmission shaft (F). Fill the food

into the feed tube (G) and switch the

onto high speed.

Tip: you get better results if the feed tube is full in its entire width.
Important: Do not press too hard onto the pusher (H). The pres-
sure of one finger should be enough to do the job! – and extends
the life of your

.

Never reach with your fingers or with any hard utensils
(such as spoons, knives etc.) into the feed tube (G).

The patented discharge plate (B) makes it very easy to take the
finished food out of the bowl (fig. K).
