Cleaning and Care
Clean the

become discoloured by certain foods or spices (i.e. carrots). This
is certainly no health hazard. Depending on the food which caused
such discolouration cleaning may be done by the use of lemon
juice or vegetable oil (some drops on a cloth) or by soaking in
dishwasher detergent.
All parts – except the transmission unit (E) – are dishwasher proof.
The transmission unit (E) is not watertight and should never be
immersed in water or washed in the dishwasher. Kindly clean the
unit with a damp cloth.
Do not dry blades by hand. Simply wash and allow
to drip dry. Do not leave sharp blades in soapy water.
Please use extreme care when handling all sharp blades.
