INSTALLATION
HOW TO INSTALL
Remove the screws which fasten the cabinet at
both sides and at the back.
Slide the unit out of the cabinet by gripping the
base pan handle and pull forward while bracing the
cabinet.
Cut the FOAWI-PE (i§) to fit the underside of the
window sash. Peel off the backing and attach the
seal as shown in Fig. 5.
U Remove the backing from the FOAM-PE (Q) and
attach to the bottom of the upper guide
Screw the upper guide @ to the top of the
cabinet as shown in FIG. 7 using (3) TYPE A
screws ©. Insert the side curtain (J) into the upper
guide @ and lower guide of the air conditioner.
Fasten the curtains to the unit with (8) TYPE A
screws (5).

Carefully place the cabinet on the window stool and
align the center mark on the angle front with the
center line marked in the window stool.
Pull the bottom window sash down behind the
upper guide until it meets.
NOTE; Do not pull the window sash down so tightly
that the movement of side curtain is restricted.

Loosely assemble the sill supports using the
parts in FIG. 10.
