Care & Cleaning of Stainless Steel (some models)

Changing Oven Lights

ii^CAUTION

Be sure the range is unplugged and all parts are COOL

before replacing oven light. Wear a leather-faced glove for protection

against possible broken glass.

The oven lights automatically turn ON when the door is opened. The oven

lights may also be manually operated by pressing the

pad.

The upper oven light bulbs are located at the rear of the oven cavity and
both are covered with a glass shield. The glass shield must be in place
whenever the oven is in use.

Replacing the upper oven

interior

light bulbs:

1. Turn electrical power off at the main source or unplug the range.

2. Remove upperoven interior light shield as illustrated below.

3. Replace bulb with a new

T-4

type

40

Watt Halogen

appliance bulb. Please note: do not allow your fingers to touch the

new bulb when replacing. This will shorten the life of the new bulb. Use a paper towel to cover the new bulb when
installing.

4. Replace glass shield over bulb.

5. Turn power back on again at the main source (or plug the range back in).

6. The clock will then need to be reset.
