Names of the Buttons and their Functions
[RELEASE] button
• Deeply push in [RELEASE] button to release
the front panel.
[SCN] (Scan) button
• Play 10 seconds of each track while in the CD/
MP3 mode.
• Press and hold the button for 1 second or
longer to folder scan play MP3/WMA files.
[RPT] (Repeat) button
• Repeat play while in the CD/MP3 mode.
• Press and hold the button for 1 second or
longer to folder repeat play MP3/WMA files.
[RDM] (Random) button
• Random play while in the CD/MP3 mode.
• Press and hold the button for 1 second or
longer to folder random play MP3/WMA files.
[DIRECT] (1-6) buttons
• Store a station into memory or recall it directly
while in the radio mode.
[VOLUME] knob
• Adjust the volume by turning the knob right and
left.
[CD SLOT]
• CD insertion slot.
IR-Receiver
• Receiver for remote control unit. (Operating
range: 30° in all directions)
AUX input jack
• Connect external equipment to this unit.
[SRC] (Source) button
• Press the button to turn on the power. Press
and hold the button for 1 second or longer to
turn the power off.
• Switch operation between Radio, CD/MP3,
Aux, and CeNET modes.
[ ] (Play/Pause/Enter) button
• Play or pause a CD while in the CD/MP3 mode.
• Perform preset scan while in the radio mode.
• Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to
perform auto store.
[BND] (Band) button
• Switch the band.
• Press and hold the button to switch between
seek or manual tunings.
• Play the first track of the CD or folder (MP3/
WMA files).
• If the disc is multi-session disc, press and hold
the button for 1 second or longer to switch
between the normal CD type and the MP3/
WMA type.
[ E], [e] (Up/Down) buttons
• Recall preset channels.
• The folder is up/down in MP3/WMA files.
• The adjusted value is up/down in sound mode
or adjust mode.
[ R], [F] (Search) buttons
• Select a station while in the radio mode or
select a track while in CD/MP3 mode.
• Use to adjust function settings.
• Press and hold the button for 1 second or
longer to switch to fast-forward/fast-rewind.
[ISR] (Instant Station Recall) button
• Recall ISR radio station in memory.
• Press and hold for 2 seconds or longer: Store
current station into ISR memory (radio mode
only).
[ ] (Sound) button
• Use the button to switch to the audio mode
(bass/treble, balance/fader, Z-Enhancer, non-
fader)
• Press and hold the button for 1 second or
longer to on/off Magna Bass Extended
adjustment.
[D] (Display) button
• Switch the display indication.
• Switch title while in the CD/MP3 mode.
• Press and hold the button for 1 second or
longer to enter the adjust mode.
[ o] (Eject) button
• Eject a CD when it is loaded into the unit.
