Erasing Voice Information in a Memory Box
You can erase the voice information you have previously recorded in the memory boxes.
KEYS TO PRESS

THE DISPLAY WILL SHOW:
7. Press
ERASE
in Step 7 in the above
procedure.
8. Press
1
to clear. The machine will
erase the voice information you
recorded in memory box 14.
The machine status will return to Step 6
above.

NOTICE
If you modify or erase the stored voice information, be sure to make any necessary
changes in the related OGM levels (see Setting up Steps 2 and 3 on page 11-4).
Playing Voice Information in a Memory Box
To check the outgoing voice messages you have recorded previously in the memory boxes, you can
play back your voice information.
KEYS TO PRESS
THE DISPLAY WILL SHOW:
7. Press
PLAY
in Step 7 in the above
procedure.
The
machine
will
play
back
your
voice
information stored in memory box 14.
The machine status will return to Step 4
above.
