Close the cover (a), and press downward as you slide
it until it clicks into place (b).

Removing the Batteries
Remove the batteries by opening the Memory Card Slot / Battery
Cover and tilting the camera at an angle.

Attaching the Wrist Strap
In order to avoid dropping the camera, we recommend
attaching the wrist strap before using the camera.
