Hardware Specifications
Modem Cables RocketModem IV ports use standard telephone-
type unshielded twisted-pair cables with RJ11
modular connectors. These can be purchased
anywhere commercial telephone products are sold.
If you choose to build your own cables, use the
following information. When building cables, use a UL approved 26-gauge RJ11
telephone line cable or better. The connector pinouts are as shown below:
