Viewing Caller Information

During Incoming Calls

When an incoming call is received, the

screen will display: A) the name,

B) number, D) date and T) time.
OR
PRIVATE will appear if the name and/or

number of the caller are blocked.
OR
UNKOWN will appear if the name

and/or number of the incoming call are

not available.
OR
NO DATA SENT if data is not sent.
OR
MESSAGE ERROR will appear if the

wrong data was received from the

phone line.

Once the phone is answered, the display

will resort to a call timer.

The NEW call icon will light indicating

there is at least one (1) new call to

review. In addition, the MODE button

will flash indicating a new call.
The REPEAT call icon will light if the

C2210 receives more than one call from

the same number.
The FORWARD icon will light when the

C2210 receives a call forwarded from

another number.

Viewing the Caller List

Press MODE once and use the

(

) UP or DOWN arrows to

scroll through entries. Records will be

listed in the order they were received.

To exit the CID mode, press MODE

twice; the phone will return to stand-by

mode. END OF LIST will appear when

the end of the call list is reached.

Placing a Call from the List
Press MODE once and use the arrow

UP or DOWN to locate the desired

record. Dialing can be done in two ways:
1. Press ENTER twice, then lift handset

as indicated on the screen.

2. Lift handset while the entry is

displayed, then press ENTER twice.The
