as shown below. If the trouble cannot be remedied,

Symptom Causa Action to ba taken
The Power Indicator does
not tight and no sound is
heard, even if the Power
Switch is turned on.
The power cable is not securely connected. See if the power cable is securely connected.
The Power Indicator lights
up. but no sound is heard. • The volume of the amplifier or keyboard is
set too low.
• There is something wrong with the connec­
tion cord.
a There is something connected to the Main-
In Jack.
a Turn the volume up.
a Exchange the cord,
a Disconnect the plug from the jack.
The volume is too low. • The keyboard volume is set too low.
• The output selector svwtch of the keyboard
is set to the L {Low level).
a The Volume Knob on the CK-100 is pulled
and the attenuator functions.
■ • An effect unit is set up between the Pre-Out
and the Main-In Jacks with wrong ratio of
the input and output.
a Raise the volume to the appropriate level,
a Change the switch to H (High level).
a Push the Volume Knob to turn tho attenuator
off.
a Adjust the ratio of the input and output to
1:1.
Hum is heard. • There is something wrong with the connec­
tion cord.
♦ There is a device that affects the CK-100.
a Exchange the connection cord,
a Change the angle or position of the device.
