Attach two front casters (EL) and two back casters with lock (EK) to
the bottom shelf (EJ) using the provided wrench (#12).

For propane model ONLY (85-1616-8)
Assemble the Tank base kit (EI) to the Bottom Shelf (EJ) as shown
by using hardware #2 (X6) (from the top) and #3, #4, and #5 (X6)
(from the bottom).

Assemble the left and right cart side panel (EA & EB) to the bottom
shelf assembly (EI+EJ) as shown by using hardware #2 (X6) (from the
top) and #3, #4, and #5 (X6) (from the bottom).
