【How to solve this problem】:
(1) Right-click on the [Network controller] under [Other de-
vices] and select [Uninstall].
(2) When confirm delete message appears,click [OK].

A: When there is a [x] on the icon, the product is disable. To

Open [Control Panel]=>Double-click [System]=>Select
[Hardware] tab=>Click [Device Manager]=>Right-click [CG-
WLUSB2GO]=>select [enable]
