VI TROUBLESHOOTING

Before contacting the sales representative, carry out some simple
checks, as they may help you to avoid wasting more maintenance
time and money.

Problem

Causes and Solutions

Cannot be
Turned On

„

Check by pressing the On key for more than 1
second;

„

Check if battery does not have a good touch
point, otherwise install again after removing it
and turn it on again;

„

Check battery level charge; if battery is low,
charge it;

Network
cannot be
connected

„

Weak signal; move where the signal is strong to
try again;

„

Check area covered by network supplier;

„

The SIM Card is not available; contact your
network supplier

Shows
prompt
when On

„

Check if SIM Card is inserted correctly (see P12)

„

Locked; choose the automatic lock function—the
device password must be entered before using;

„

Enter PIN; choose the function of PIN to be
entered every time when turning the device On
(PIN Code attached to SIM Card must be entered
on the first usage)

„

Enter PUK Code: after failing to enter the PIN
Code three times, the mobile phone will be
locked; the PUK Code provided by the network
