Low-quality

Check volume adjustment (use the side key to

When using the mobile phone where the
receiving signal has a low quality, e.g. near high
buildings or in a basement, the radio wave may
not be transmitted appropriately;

When using the mobile phone during
high-volume times, congested lines may cause
problems

Standby
time
shortens

„

Standby time is related to the network system
settings; where there is a low-quality signal, or
where the signal cannot be received, the mobile
phone will take a long time to find a screening
station, therefore a lot of battery will be
consumed, and the standby time shortens. Please
move to a place where there is a high-quality
signal or pause to turn off the mobile phone;

It may be necessary to change or replace the
battery.

SIM Card
failure

If there are any stains on the surface of the SIM
Card, rub the touch point on the SIM Card
surface with a clean cloth;
