All these units use silicon rubber contact heaters on the outside face of the tank and
are thermostatically controlled. The external heater knob is calibrated for the desired
heating temperature of the cleaning fluid. The liquid level in all heating units should
never drop below 80mm from the tank bottom and the thermostat setting should not
exceed 60 degrees Celsius, Hot water should never be poured directly into tank
bottom but instead be brought to temperature more gradually.

Mechanical Timer and Heaters

With the desired type and level of cleaning fluid in the tank and with the unit plugged
into a 240v mains and outlet ON, active the time switch to the determined period and
ultrasonic action will commence, after the above sequence, set heater knob to desired
temperature and the element will start to heat the tank contents.
The FXP20MH cleaner includes an ON/OFF switch located next to the thermostat
control, which needs to be switched on prior to the setting of the heater knob.

Digital Electronic Timer and Heaters


With the desired type and level of cleaning fluid in the tank and plugged into a 240v
mains outlet ON, power will be through to the control circuit. Select the time period
on the timer pads on the main panel and press START and ultrasonic action will
commence, after the above sequence, set the heater knob to the desired temperature
and the element will start to heat the tank contents.
