Saving As...!
The Save As command lets you save your document with a different name, to a different location, or in a different format.
The file created using the Save As command becomes the current document.!
To use the Save As command:!

Choose Save As from the File menu. !

Enter a different name for the file, and/or, choose a dif-
ferent location to save the file.!

To save the file in a different format, make the appropri-
ate selection from the file format pop-up menu.!

Click the Save button to save the file or the Cancel button to return to the document without saving.
