5. Connect the P12/P6B from C10 to R12/R6 of C11 at the hitch. This connection is the

hitch disconnect.

6. Route C11 to the vicinity of the valve block at the rear of the sprayer.

7. Connect the 6-pin shroud (S6) on C12 to the 6-pin tower (T6) on C11.

8. Connect the 3-pin shroud (S3) on C13 to the 3-pin tower (T3) on C11.

9. Route the free ends of C12 and C13 to the existing valve block.

10. Insert the 2-pin Deutsch connector tees (P2A-R2A and P2C-R2C) on C12 between the

matching valve connections (MAIN UP and MAIN DOWN). For each tee, the function is
labeled on the branch wire. Connect the male and females connectors on the remaining
MAIN UP tee (P2B-R2B) together.

11. Connect four Deutsch receptacle connectors of C12 (R2D, R2E, R2F and R2G) to the

existing valve cable connectors (LEFT DOWN, LEFT UP, RIGHT UP, and RIGHT DOWN).

Each function is labeled on the wire.

12. Insert the 2-pin Deutsch plugs (P01) into the existing valve connections that were

disconnected in the previous step.

13. Insert the 2-pin Deutsch tee (P2-R2) on C13 into the bypass valve connection.

14. Connect the 6-pin tower on C03 to the 6-pin shroud on C11. Connect the 2-pin

connectors on C03 to the NORAC valve block, as shown in Figure 20.

15. The connectors on the valve cable (C03) are marked RIGHT UP, LEFT UP, RIGHT

DOWN and LEFT DOWN. Cables labeled with UP go on the same side as the
hydraulic hoses.
