10.7. Power up warning. (P-UP)
This message occurs at boot up time if a clean process was interrupted and
did not complete its cycle. This alerts the operator that instruments being
cleaned in the machine may not be completely clean.

Water may have entered the red control box or blue ultrasonic box or there
may be a circuit/wiring failure
