Connect the iPod
7. Connect power to the PWR port. In most cases, power is provided from the
NET port on other Crestron devices in the equipment rack.

8. Verify power PWR LED and DEVICE LEDs are illuminated.
9. Program the Crestron
®
system using either:
• Standard programming methods such as creating a custom program in
SIMPL™ Windows
®
or Crestron SystemBuilder™.
• Use the example program available from the Crestron website
(www.crestron.com/exampleprograms) as the foundation for a program
containing a CEN-ISERVER.
10. Establish communications with the CEN-ISERVER. Refer to “Establishing
Communication” on page 18 for details.
