Setup - Switch3
introduced with firmware v1 2 03, you can now customize the buttons on an attached switch3!
Control – determines the functionality of switch3
there are 2 settings:
1 Loop - sets the 3 switches for loop controls: rec/play/odub, stop/Clear(hold), undo
2 Custom - allows you to assign any controls to your switch3 from a selectable list simply press the
soft button next to “switch1, switch2, or switch3” and use the Control Knob to change the button
target
when selecting custom mode two other paramters become relevant:
harm moment – Changes the button type from Latched to momentary
any time you assign harmony to a switch3 button, you can choose harm moment on or off
in the off state, the button works as a “latched” switch this means that you press the button once to
turn the effect on and again to turn the effect off
when harm moment is set to on, the effect is only active as long as the switch is held down some
users prefer the precision offered by this mode
delay moment – Changes the button type from Latched to momentary
as with harm moment, this parameter allows the same “latched” or “momentary” operation as de-
scribed above
