Loading Your Trailer

There are many different ways to load your Travoy. Tie-down buttons are

provided in eight places on the outside of the frame. These are intended

to be used with swivel-lock buckles included on Travoy bags and

accessories. Cargo straps and a basic tote bag are included with your

trailer. Various additional bags and accessories are available for different

styles and functions.

However you load your trailer, it’s important to follow these guidelines:

1. Do not exceed a load of 60 lbs (27 kg).

2.

Do not exceed 20 lbs (9 kg) in the upper portion of the trailer (above

the middle frame hinge).

3.

With the trailer loaded, the weight at the hitch coupling should

be greater than 2 lbs (1 kg) but not exceed 8 lbs (3.6 kg).

4.

Secure your load such that nothing touches the wheels and

no loose items can fall out.
