ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Removo ttio pre-fitters, caster carton, and the hoze nozzle PuH the swtvel seal up from the hose mounting base to cover
rarton from Inside the unit. Latch the door dosed artd care- the gap between the swivel base and the hose swtvel.

2. Assemble the casters to the underside of the unit with the
sixteen (16) 1/4" - 20 hex head bolts, lock washers and fial
washers provided. Mount the swivel casters toweird frie vac­
uum gage end of the unit.
3. Turn the unit upright and lock the swtvel casters.
5. Assemble the handle to the end of the unit with the two (2)
1/4" - 20 hex bolts and lockwashers provided.
6. Install the fitters (two pre-fitters supplied with the unit plus

bolts, four fiat washers, four lock washers, and four hex nuts.

4, Mount the hose assembly to the unit Using the cotter pin
supplied, attach the shaft of the hose swtvel Inside the
unit.
DUAL ARM UNfT OPTION
To install the second arm, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the blank plate coverir>g the secoTKl hole. Save
the hardware.
2. Using the hardware removed in Step 1 above, Install the
second coUar to the unrt.
3. Mount the second arm in the same manner as was used
to mount the first one.
