Selecting the

spin speed

When washing cotton/linens and easy-care laundry, you can se­

lect appropriate quick wash for these fabrics.
Especially suitable for lightly soiled items, e. g; sports and leisure
clothing, guest towete, etc.
Effect:

■ For cotton/linens

Shortened main wash - only 2 rinse cycles - final spin.

■ For easy-care fabrics

Shortened main wash - only 2 rinse cycles - rinse-hold {un­

less the VARIOMATIC button has also been pressed).

This button can also be combined with the HALFLOAD button-

for small wash loads (see programme table).

This button cannot be used for the deiicates and woollen pro­
grammes.

Effect;

■ For cotton/linens

FTess this button if you want a

VARIOMATIC .spin

instead of

the normal spin. The VARIOMATIC spin is a sequence of spins

with loosening of the laundry in between each spin.
The time is prolonged by apps'ox. 20 minutes.

■ For easy-care fabrics/dellcates

The usual rinse-hold is cancelled, followed by a three-stage
VARIOMATIC spin

(short VARIOMATIC)

■ For woollens

The usual rinse-hold is cancelled, followed by a

woollens

single-stage spin sequence.

Effect;
The machine is ready to operate, the pitot lamp above the button
is on. The programme starts. The sequence indicator on the pro­
gramme selector rotates step by step.

Effect;
Press until the loading door springs open.

The pilot lamp goes out. The machine is switched off. All de­

pressed buttons are released except the spin reduction buttons.

Using these buttons, you can select the appropriate spin speed

for your laundry and decide whether the spin should be more or

less intensive.
If you press none of these buttons, your laundry is automatiealiy
spun at the maximum speed.
