(F) Adjusting Your Headset Speaker Volume

When you have successfully set up your T3, try adjusting the incoming
volume by pressing the (5) Volume Down Key or (10) Volume Up
Key
.

(G) Muting During Calls

During a call, you can mute the
headset’s microphone so that the
person on the other side of the line
cannot hear you. Mute your call by
pressing the (6) Mute Key.

The (4) Mute LED-Indicator will
light up red, and will continue to do
so until you un-mute the device.

There are 5 levels of digital
volume adjustments. Once you
reach the maximum or
minimum setting, continue
pressing the keys will have no
effect.

Your volume setting is stored in
the phone’s memory, and does
not require setup everytime.

The mute status will be reset after the end of each telephone call. To be
sure of the muting status, remember to check whether the mute LED-
indicator is on or off.

(H) Selecting Ringer Volume & Auto-Answer

Select the level of the Ringtone
by adjusting the (11) Auto-
Answer and Ringer Volume
Switch
.

Select the “A” position for Auto-
Answering, so each call is
immediately answered without
ringing.

Slide the switch to the large
“Bell” icon indicates loud ringer,
and the small “Bell” icon means
quieter ringer.

(I) Flash Button and Flash Time Selection

For some telephone system or
services, pressing the (3) Flash
Key
can transfer a call to another
terminal, activate conference calls
or other special functions.

Different system may have
different flash time, select (12)
Flash Time Seletion Switch
for
the 100, 300 or 600 ms flash time.
