battery pack being charged (3.7V or 7.4 V).
The green “Charge“ LED lights continuously, together with 3 short audible tones, to indicate the charging process is
complete. We recommend the battery pack is kept in the charger for a further 30 minutes minimum, during which time
the battery is provided with a “top-up“ charge after completion of fast charging. This special “top-up“ charge ensures
optimum performance from the battery pack and, when left in the charger, keeps the pack topped up until use.

aDaptOr plate FOr nicD / niMH cylinDrical cells:

To charge NiCd or NiMH rechargeable batteries, please use the adaptor plate for cylindrical cells (C) . Insert the selected
battery adaptor plate into the guide rails at the top of the charging station as shown in figure (C) , then push it towards
the charger until it clicks into place. Check the battery adaptor plate fits securely in place, then connect the battery to be
charged into the charging slot. If the adaptor plate is connected correctly, both LED “3.7.V” and “7.4 V” are lit.
Now it is possible to charge NiCd or NiMH rechargeable batteries, but not at the same time.

cHarging OF nicD Or niMH cells (aa Or aaa):

Please pay attention to the correct polarity when inserting the batteries into the charging slots. You may charge 1 to 4
cells. If 1 or more cells are inserted correctly, charging starts automatically. The green “Charge” LED will flash and the
audible indicator sounds. The green “Charge“ LED lights continuously, together with 3 short audible tones, to indicate
the charging process is complete. The cells can remain in the charger ready for use until they are needed.

Warning:

Charge only batteries of the same size (AA or AAA) at the same time. Do not mix Micro AAA and Mignon AA. Either
insert NiMH or NiCd rechargeable batteries. Never charge NiCd or NiMH batteries at the same time. Please ensure that
only batteries with the same capacity (in mAh) are charged at the same time. Avoid charging batteries of different
manufacture at the same time. If the safety instructions are not followed, this may lead to damage to the charger or
batteries or even to serious injury.

Failure:

If, after inserting the battery pack, the red “Power“ LED and the green “Charge“ LED flash continuously, an error
has been detected.
