Side Lug and End Lug Mounting Kits
1) Remove 4 plate screws from the front of the cylinder.
2) Install the lug mounting bracket onto the front of the cylinder in front of the retaining plate.
3) Install 4 plate screws onto the front of the cylinder.
4) Install plastic spacer into the rear of the cylinder.
5) Install the lug mounting bracket onto the rear of the cylinder.
6) Install 4 plate screws onto the rear of the cylinder.

Rear Pivot and Clevis Mounting Kits
1) For 3-1/4" and 4" bore sizes only; install plastic spacer into the rear of the cylinder.
2) Install the pivot or clevis bracket onto the rear of the clinder.
3) Install 4 plate screws onto the rear of the cylinder.
