Lamp exhausted or defective.
Signal transmission cable faulty or disconnected.
Incorrect addressing.
Fault in the electronic circuits.
Lenses or reflector broken
Dust or grease deposited.
Check the power supply voltage.
Replace the lamp. (See instructions).
Replace the cables.
Check addresses (see instructions).
