this operation manual carefully before use and operate according to

the instructions provided for maximum safety and performance. We

recommend that you keep this manual handy for future reference.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Please read and understand the following before installing

the Exo Terra

®

Wire Light! This fixture is Not for Use with

aquariums.

1. Do not immerse cord, plug or the device in water or other liquid.

2. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug.

3. Do not attempt repairs yourself on this product. If damaged,

return the product to an authorized repair facility for service or

discard the product.

4. Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not

the cord.

5. Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.

6. CAUTION: Hot surfaces. Avoid contact while fixture

is in operation.

7. CAUTION: Keep Wire Light away from curtains and other

flammable objects when in operation.

8. Please ensure that the Wire Light is securely attached to the

Exo Terra Bracket or other hanging device.

9. For Indoor Household Use Only. Dry Location Use Only.

10. Do not use for any purpose other than described in this

user’s guide.

11. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including

children) with significantly impaired physical or mental

capabilities, unless they have been given supervision or

instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person

responsible for their safety. Children should always be

supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

12. A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting

from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.

13. If an extension cord is used, the marked electrical rating of the

extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating
