Drilling
ƒ Hole diameter must be 3-4 mm larger than the diameter of the screw.
ƒ Support the sheet in the vicinity of the hole and clean dust and splinters away.
ƒ The drill should be held perpendicular to the sheet surface.
Applying the Sealing tape
ƒ Clean the surface before applying the tape.
ƒ Apply the tape slowly, uniformly and with no stresses.
ƒ Apply one tape line along the screw holes location or 2 tape lines on
both sides of the screw holes line.
Important Notes
ƒ Be sure to install the UV protected side facing the sun radiation.
ƒ Avoid any stress source.
ƒ Pre drilled holes – Oversized holes should be 3-4mm wider than the screw diameter.
ƒ Do not over-tighten.
ƒ Use approved accessories only, including rubber washers, silicones, sealing tape, closure fixtures
etc.
ƒ Avoid contact with non-compatible chemicals and materials.
