1. Unplug magnetic cord from outlet
and remove
from fryer.
2. Always wait until oil has cooled.
3. Pour oil into storage container or
discard prop-
erly. See Step
11 in “Frying.”
Wipe all
excess oil or
oil film from
inside fryer
base.
4. Clean the inside and outside of fryer
base along with the lid and scoop
with hot, soapy water. Do not
immerse the unit in water.
