Before attaching AGILITY Fixed Hardware, review the criteria below to determine the appropriate installation option - A or B;
and if a Sleeve will be required.

WARNINGS:
AGILITY with Fixed Hardware is compatible with many wheelchairs that are angularly adjustable, recline or tilt. AGILITY with

Fixed Hardware has been tested for tilt in space up to 60 degrees. Use with wheelchairs that tilt in space beyond 60 degrees
may cause damage to the AGILITY Fixed Hardware, resulting in a fall and the potential for serious injury. Consult a clinician to
determine if AGILITY with Fixed Hardware is compatible with the individual’s wheelchair.

Without Sleeve

WARNING: AGILITY Fixed Hardware is NOT intended to be installed on back cane diameters
<1.0 in. (<2.5 cm) without the Sleeve. Doing so may result in an installation that is

NOT

secure. Consult with a clinician or the equipment provider to determine if your back canes
are compatible with AGILITY Fixed Hardware.

Note: It may be helpful to:
• Support the center of the back shell to keep the left (L) and right (R) hardware brackets even and flush up against the back canes during

installation and removal.

• Lock the wheelchair wheels before beginning installation.
