a) Spread open each Sleeve.
b) Clip a Sleeve onto each back cane.
c) Slide each Sleeve down inside a back cane band before
tightening the back cane hardware bolts with a wrench.
Note: If back cane = > 0.75 in. - < 1.0 in. (> 2 cm - < 2.5
cm), it may be helpful to position the opening of the Sleeve
toward the back shell.

SLEEVE INSTALLATION

To complete both Installation Options A and B:
a) Measure the height of both back cane bands with a tape
measure and adjust as needed.
b) Tighten the back cane hardware bolts with the Hex Key
wrench until snug + one-quarter turn.
Note: If torque wrench
available, tighten to no more than 40 inch-pounds (4.5
Newton-meters).

WARNING:
Back cane diameters that = 0.75 in. - <1.0 in. (2.0 - <2.5 cm), require the installation of a Sleeve.
