The Connection Information box displays the RF channel number and/or ResponseWare
information.

To close the Connection Information box, click the Connection Information button again.
Sending Feedback to ResponseWare Participants
Participants are able to send messages via ResponseWare or the ResponseCard XR and NXT, or press the (?)
button on the ResponseCard RF, while polling is open. If a message has been received, the Feedback
section of the showbar increases by one. The steps below explain how to view feedback and respond to
ResponseWare participants individually or as a group.
How to send feedback...

Click the Main Menu button on the showbar.

Mouse over View and select Feedback.

The message history appears in the top panel.

Type a response to a message in the bottom panel.

From the Send Message To drop-down menu, choose to send the response to All Devices or a Specific
Device.

If a response is sent to a specific device, the Device ID must be entered in the text box to the right of
the drop-down menu.

Click Send Message.

Optionally, click Clear History to delete all messages.
Note
Participants with RF, XR and NXT ResponseCards
can send instructors feedback, however instructors
can only respond to participants using
ResponseWare.
