Midi

• Channel : Select here the MIDI Channel you want the VM-202

to respond to. When "All" is selected, the VM-202 responds to all

the channels (omni mode). All the signals received at the MIDI

input are sent on through the "MIDI OUT/THRU" output.

• Control Change : "On" position means that the VM-202 re-

sponds to CONTROL CHANGE messages

• Program Change : "On" position means that the VM-202 responds to PROGRAM CHANGE messages

System

• Brightness : Set the brightness of the display.

• Firmware : Gives information about the current firmware version

in the unit.

Device ID

• Device ID : This menu lets you give an identifying name to your

machine. You will have to give different Device IDs to several

machines connected simultaneously in USB to the same com-

puter if you want to control them with the Torpedo Remote soft-

ware. Move through the alphabet using the "NAVI" knob and

select the letters with "OK". after a change in the Device ID, you

will have to reboot the VM-202
