Read these instructions for use carefully

before using the appliance and save

them for

future reference.

Ø

Check if the voltage indicated on

the appliance corresponds to the

local mains voltage before you

connect the appliance.

Ø

Do not use the appliance if the

mains cord .the plug or other parts

are damaged.

Ø

If the mains cord is damaged, it

must be replaced by designate

service centre or similarly qualified

persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Ø

Always unplug the appliance from

the mains before assembling,

disassembling or making

adjustments to any of the

accessories.

Ø

Never immerse the motor unit in

water or any other liquid, not rinse

it under the tap. Only use a moist

cloth to clean the motor unit.

Ø

Never let the appliance run

unattended.

Ø

Keep the appliance out of the reach

of children.

Ø

Do not allow children to use the

appliance without supervision.

Ø

This appliance is intended for

household use only.

Ø

Do not exceed the quantities and

processing times indicated in the

table.

Ø

Avoid touching the blades,

especially when the appliance is

plugged in. the blades are very

sharp!

Ø

If the blades get stuck, unplug the

appliance before removing the

ingredients that are blocking the

blades.

Thoroughly clean the parts that will

come into contact with food before

using the appliance for the first time

Hand blender

The hand blender is intended for :

--- blending fluids, e.g. dairy products,

sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks

and

shakes;

--- mixing soft ingredients, e.g. pancake

batter or mayonnaise;

--- pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for

making baby food.

1. Attach the blender bar to the motor

unit (fig 2)

2. Immerse the blade guard completely

in the ingredients ( fig.3)

3. Switch the appliance on by pressing

the normal or turbo speed button.

4. Blend the ingredients by moving the

appliance slowly up and down and in

circles

( fig.4)

Whisk

The whisk is intended for whipping

cream, whisking egg whites, desserts

etc.

1. Connect the whisk to the coupling

unit ( fig. 5)

2. Connect the coupling unit to the

motor unit (fig.6)

3. Put the ingredients in a bowl.

Tip: use a large bowl for the best result.

4. Immerse the whisk completely in the

ingredients and to avoid splashing start

processing at normal speed by pressing

the normal speed button ( fig.7)

5. Continue with turbo speed after

approx, 1 minute by pressing the turbo

speed button.

---------Cleaning----------

1. Unplug the appliance and detach the

accessories before cleaning.

2. The blade unit of the blender bar and

the whisk can also be cleaned while still

attached to the motor unit by immersing

them in warm water with some

washing-up

liquid and letting the appliance run for a

while.

3. Wipe the motor unit and the whisk

coupling unit with a moist cloth .

Do not immerse the motor unit and

the whisk coupling unit in water .

Do not throw the appliance away with

the normal household waste at the end

of its life,

but hand it in at an official collection

point for recycling, by doing this you will

help to

preserve the environment (fig.8)

1. How to use the chopping knife

Application: Chops raw and cooked

vegetables (onion, coleslaw, pepperoni,

etc .)

Fruits (e.g. apples)

Meat (cooked or raw)

Nuts

Make sure that the four notches of the

plate match the protrusion of the bowl.

Ø

Place the chopping knife (H) on the

spindle of the bowl ( G). Put the

food (meat, vegetable, fruit, etc)

into the bowl (incl. Chopping knife).

Most foodstuffs enlarge their

volume when they are ground,

therefore we recommend that you

do not fill the bowl more than half.

Ø

Place the blender cover on the

bowl.

Ø

Place the hand mixer without

exercising too much pressure on

the blender cover (К) and switch

your Hand mixer onto 2nd speed.

Always use the pusher (L) to add

additional foodstuff through the

feed tube. Fill the

feed tube completely. If not filled

sufficiently, vegetable pieces may

block the

appliance. Never reach with your

fingers or with any hard utensils

(spoons, knives,

bones, etc) into the feed tube!

The patented Disc holder (I) make it

very easy to take the finished food out

of the bowl.

2. How to work with the discs

Application: grates and slices raw and

cooked vegetables (onion, leek, tomato-

cut in half,

cucumber, radish, carrot, etc.)

Fruits,

Cheese, bread for bread crumbs, herbs,

chocolate

Place the disc holder (I) into the

bowl (G).

Make sure that the four notches of the

plate match the protrusion of the bowl.

Ø

Put the disc holder (I) on the

spindle of the bowl.

Ø

Place handle the discs with great

care as they are very sharp.

Ø

Place the blender cover on the

bowl.

Ø

Fill the foodstuff into the feed tube.

Ø

If the foodstuffs are too large, cut

them into convenient pieces fitting

easily into the funnel.

Always use the pusher (L) to add

additional foodstuff through the

feed tube. Fill the

feed tube completely. If not filled

sufficiently, vegetable pieces may

block the

appliance. Never reach with your

fingers or with any hard utensils

(spoons, knives, bones, etc) into

the feed tube!

------Recipes for the chopping knife

Chopped soused herring (4 persons)

Ingredients:

8 soused herring fillets

1 onion

1 red apple

1 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 small gherkin

Chop all ingredients roughly. Cut the

herring into pieces of approx. 3 cm,

Clean and

quarter the onions, core the apple and

cut it into pieces, cut the gherkin into

halves .

Insert the chopping knife into the bowl,

fill in all ingredients and chop until the

desired

consistency is reached.

Tip: very delicious with young potatoes.

Chopped beef (4 persons)
