To view and control your camera/ DVR on Internet Explorer, a plug-in applet
(ActiveX) is necessary to be installed on your web browser. However, WIN 7 itself
sets a higher security level against all ActiveX download. Please try from the first
method suggested below on your computer.
1. Lower the security level of the user account :
Control Panel > User Account > Change User Account Control > Lower the security
level 
