Use the Language Settings menu to set a primary system language, enable/disable alternate
button names, and set an alternate system language.
1. Press the Tools button.
2. Press Admin.
3. Enter the Admin password and press Enter. The default password is 1234.
4. Press System Settings.
5. Press Language Settings.
Selecting a S yste m Language
Press the language box under Select System Language to select a System Language. The
system language is the language you want to use for all printer prompts and buttons.
