CAUTION:

Do not place your fingers or any other objects into the knife.

S p e c i a l C o n s i d e r a t i o n s

When using the knife, note the following items:

Do not use alcohol, solvents, or degreasers to clean the knife.

The knife blades are oil-

impregnated; failure to follow the cleaning instructions in this document will damage the blades.

The knife can only be used with non-peel mode.

The knife cannot be used with internal liner take-up.

We do not recommend cutting die cut label supply.

The maximum print speed using the knife is 6.0 inches per second.

The printer recalibrates after errors numbered 700 - 799, except for errors 758, 761, and 764.

L o a d i n g S u p p l y

Load supply for non-peel mode. Feed the supply through the knife making sure that at least 0.5

inches is past the knife. For additional supply loading information, refer to the Quick Reference or
Operator’s Handbook.
