8. What if there are problems?

Is the plug on the mains cable not

correctly inserted into the charger?

Insert the plug into the back of

the charger

Is the device not correctly positioned on

the charger?

Remove the device and replace it

on the charger. The charger must

be standing up straight and the

device may not tip over.

Are the battery contacts of the device and

charger dirty?

Using a lint-free cloth, clean

the contacts of the charger and

device

The device is not fully

charged after 2 hours.

The red LED is lit.

Is the device being used for the first time?

Has it been six months or more since the

device was last used?

If the battery has been

particularly heavily discharged,

charging can take longer than 2

hours
